It is a brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath town home that is 1600 feet with a two car garage. Big living room area and kitchen with cathedral ceiling. It is centrally located in downtown Moab about three blocks from Main Street with easy access to shopping and dining. The home comfortably sleeps 6 and there is also a futon/double bed in the living room where you can put a couple more. There is a big screen satellite TV/radio in the living room and master. In addition, we have wireless Internet, air conditioning and a common indoor pool. There is also a washer/dryer and gas barbecue. Pets are welcome.
Moab is a high desert gem, an oasis with the Colorado River running through it. Two national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are next to Moab (very close) and show amazing geological formation which tell the geologic history of the planet. High on red cliffs are Indian petrogyphs from ancient times. Moab is small and family friendly. Over 40 guiding operations can help you have a fantastic time rafting, kayaking, hiking, biking, mountain biking, rock climbing, canyoning, jeeping and horseback riding. The scenery is gorgeous and astonishing; over 200 films and 2000 commercials have been shot in Moab. |
