Multi level units at Loutraki.
One floor with the open area design, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace area. The other floor has the three bedrooms. Two of which open to a veranda. Some units have elevator and exclusive use of the roof garden, with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Corinth, the Gerania mountains and the area around the Isthmus of Corinth. Other Units has exclusive use of the private patio garden and consist of the two floors. You enter in the open floor design great room dining room fire-place and kitchen areas and the three bedrooms are in the lower floor. The floor plans of the two types of units are very similar. Both Units have exclusive use of the outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub. There will be plenty of room here for the to enjoy their stay in Greece. We are literally a few meters away from the beach, by a private access way. And the home is very centrally located! ! !

The Two Three bedroom multilevel vacation home Compound is available year round.
The units rent together or Separately. Recently constructed the house is equipped with all conveniences has a full kitchen, three bathrooms, dining-room, great-room, fireplace area, air-conditioning, parking, large and small verandas, private patio and roof garden with a magnificent view of the Corinthian Gulf, the Gerania Mountains and the area of the Isthmus of Corinth.
Though very centrally located our house is a quiet spot, surrounded by gardens and open space, on an oceanfront property only steps away, via private access to the multiply acclaimed, Loutraki Beach. The crystal clear sea and the beautiful beach of Loutraki with many activities available have awarded it with the “Blue Flag of Europe" continuously since 1987.
Our vacation home is on the famous Poseidonos Boulevard, next door to the magnificent five star Club Casino, the largest Casino in Europe. Within walking distance is an abundance of seafood restaurants, of meat-fare tavernas, cafeterias, small shops and artisan studios. Stroll through the promenade to Loutraki's Medicinal Spa for hydrotherapy. Visit the monastery of St. Patapios overlooking the city, the miracle working Yiatrissa and the other byzantine sites in the area, Explore the Ancient City of Corinth. Take a day cruise through the Canal of Corinth. Go windsurfing or sailing in the Corinthian Gulf. Enjoy the sunset from the ancient temple of Hraion...
Only an hour away from Athens Airport by the new super highway or by commuter train. The train station less than a ten minute ride from our home. With plenty to do in Loutraki and within a day’s trip from most 'Must Do' Greek spots...
